NPR station WHYY in Philadelphia ran a story on the health radio show ‘The Pulse’ featuring Medical Director Dr. Dinali Fernando and the work of the Libertas Center. The show tells the story of a Libertas Center client who fled severe violence and persecution in Jamaica as a result of his sexual orientation.
