On December 9th, Libertas Center Clinical Case Manager Liz McInnes spoke on a panel at the New York Regional Medical Ethics Conference hosted by Mt. Sinai on the Challenges for Undocumented Patients in Accessing Health Care. Liz discussed the unique challenges faced by torture survivors and how the Libertas Center addresses them. The Libertas Center’s Photovoice project was on display at the conference.
