The Libertas Center joined colleague torture survivor rehabilitation centers in Washington D.C. for the annual meeting of the National Consortium of Torture Treatment Programs (NCTTP). Matthew Kennis, Program Director, and Dr. Dinali Fernando, Medical Director, (above) participated in the ninth annual research symposium, met with members of the New York Congressional delegation, and discussed trends and best practices in rehabilitation services with NCTTP colleagues.
